For ticket sales and attendance of the Pilatus Fightnight. The Organiser is Fighting Sports Entertainment GmbH («the Organiser»).

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Organiser and the purchasers of tickets for the Pilatus Fightnight, as well as attendance of the event at the Pilatus Arena Kriens. By purchasing a ticket or entering the arena, the visitor accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the house rules of the Pilatus Arena.

2. Conclusion of contract and ticket sales

Tickets are sold by the Organiser or a pre-sale partner commissioned by it. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order. Tickets remain the property of the Organiser until payment in full.

Pre-sale and earlybird offers are subject to quotas and are only available while the respective quota lasts. There is no legal entitlement to a particular price category.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory VAT, unless stated otherwise. Pre-sale fees charged by the ticketing partner are shown separately. Accepted means of payment are displayed during the ordering process.

4. Returns and exchanges

Purchased tickets are generally excluded from exchange and return. In the event of cancellation or a significant postponement of the event, the ticket price (excluding the pre-sale fee) will be refunded in accordance with the terms of the ticketing partner. Further claims, in particular for reimbursement of travel or accommodation costs, are excluded as far as legally permissible.

5. Resale

The commercial resale of tickets and offering them publicly at a price higher than the printed original or sale price are prohibited without the written consent of the Organiser. In the event of a violation, the ticket may be voided and admission refused.

6. Admission, house rules and safety

Admission is granted from the time indicated on the ticket. The house rules of the Pilatus Arena apply. The Organiser or the security staff are entitled to carry out admission checks and to refuse admission to, or remove from the arena, persons who are under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, or who carry dangerous objects or pyrotechnics. Minimum age: 16 years unaccompanied; younger guests only when accompanied by an adult.

7. Programme changes

The Organiser reserves the right to adjust the programme, individual fights and participating athletes at short notice (e.g. due to injury, illness or visa issues). Such changes do not give rise to any claim for a refund of the ticket price.

8. Photo and video recordings

Photo and video recordings are made during the event. By entering the arena, visitors consent to the creation and use of such recordings for editorial reporting, marketing and the Organiser's own promotion, without any claim to remuneration.

9. Liability

The Organiser is liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by it or its vicarious agents, within the scope of the statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as legally permissible. Cloakrooms are offered only as a service; responsibility for items brought in remains with the respective person.

10. Data protection

Our privacy policy applies. Personal data is processed exclusively for the intended purpose.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
