How the earlybird works.
How does the earlybird work?+
You sign up for the earlybird list and get first access to a limited allocation with up to 50% off the later regular price. Seats are limited per category – first come, first served secures the lowest price.
When does the regular sale start?+
As soon as the earlybird allocation is exhausted, we open the public pre-sale. Earlybird sign-ups get a 24-hour head start before the public sale.
Which categories are there in the earlybird?+
The earlybird applies to the three seat categories (Category 1 close to the ring to Category 3 upper tier). The discount varies per category. VIP tables and hospitality packages run separately on request.
What does a ticket cost at the regular price?+
We communicate the regular prices with the start of the public sale. Earlybird sign-ups see prices and the seating plan first.

Accessibility
Book wheelchair spaces and companion tickets directly by email. The Pilatus Arena is fully barrier-free.
Payment
In the pre-sale we accept credit card, TWINT and invoice (from Ringside upwards).
Refunds
Tickets are refunded in the event of cancellation or postponement in accordance with our terms. Personalised tickets can be transferred on request.
